JKP ”Objedinjena naplata” je, u skladu sa Zakonom o izvršenju i obezbeđenju, a zarad uspešnije naplate, od koje zavisi efikasno vršenje i unapređenje komunalnih usluga na teritoriji grada Niša, zakonski obavezna da koristi usluge privatnih izvršitelja. Profesionalni izvršitelji su nadležni za sve vrste izvršenja, kao i sudovi, a iskljuvo su nadležni za prinudno izvršenje dugova nastalih po osnovu komunalnih i sličnih usluga.

 

Naplata dugovanja putem usluga profesionalnih izvršitelja primenjivaće se kao poslednja mogućnost. Molimo Vas da redovno izmirujete svoje obaveze, a da u slučaju postojanja zaostalog duga iskoristite sve mogućnosti koje vam JKP ”Objedinjena naplata” pruža radi izmirenja zaostalih obaveza (plaćanje putem administrativne zabrane, odloženo plaćanje čekovima građana, sklapanje ugovora o isplati duga u više mesečnih rata i dr).
