Поштовани корисници, обавештавамо вас да у временском периоду од 01.12.2023. до 31.03.2024. године ЈКП „ОБЈЕДИЊЕНА НАПЛАТА“ СПРОВОДИ АКЦИЈУ РЕГУЛИСАЊА ДУГОВАЊА КОРИСНИКА ПОД СЛЕДЕЋИМ УСЛОВИМА:

• дуговања корисника до 500.000,00 динара могу се измирити на највише 60 (шездесет) једнаких месечних рата (ануитета);
• дуговања корисника која су виша од 500.000,00 динара могу се измирити на највише 96 (деведесетшест) једнаких месечних рата (ануитета);
• висина рате је фиксна и не нижа од 1.500,00 динара (хиљадуипетстотина);
• у случају постојања активног уговора о признању и отплати дуга на више месечних рата исти може бити репрограмиран уз додатни услов да нови уговорени износ не буде виши од уговореног износа претходно закљученог активног уговора.
• у случају исплате евидентираног дувања у целости – камата се отписује!

ЗА КОРИСНИКЕ КОЈИ СЕ НАЛАЗЕ НА ЕВИДЕНЦИЈИ ЦЕНТРА ЗА СОЦИЈАЛНИ РАД „СВЕТИ САВА“ НИШ, ПРЕДВИЂЕНИ СУ ПОСЕБНИ УСЛОВИ:
• пре закључења уговора евидентирана камата по основу пружених стамбено – комуналних услуга условно се отписује (отпис камате у целости спровешће се приликом исплате последње рате уговора). За све време трајања уговора камата се, на уговорено дуговање, не обрачунава;
• дуговања се могу измирити на највише 120 (стодвадесет) једнаких месечних рата (ануитета);
• висина рате је фиксна и не нижа од 1.000,00 динара (хиљадудинара)
