ЈКП ”Обједињена наплата” је, у складу са Законом о извршењу и обезбеђењу, а зарад успешније наплате, од које зависи ефикасно вршење и унапређење комуналних услуга на територији града Ниша, законски обавезна да користи услуге приватних извршитеља. Професионални извршитељи су надлежни за све врсте извршења, као и судови, а искљуво су надлежни за принудно извршење дугова насталих по основу комуналних и сличних услуга.

 

Наплата дуговања путем услуга професионалних извршитеља примењиваће се као последња могућност. Молимо Вас да редовно измирујете своје обавезе, а да у случају постојања заосталог дуга искористите све могућности које вам ЈКП ”Обједињена наплата” пружа ради измирења заосталих обавеза (плаћање путем административне забране, одложено плаћање чековима грађана, склапање уговора о исплати дуга у више месечних рата и др).
